The Mental Health Professional is responsible for overseeing all aspects of mental health and behavioral management of campers and staff. The Mental Health Professional role is a safety sensitive position.

Assist camper with any mental health and behavioral issues that arise as well as check‑in and follow up with campers.
Develop camper behavioral plans as needed.
Collaborate with Parent Liaison as needed.
Lead mental health professional development for staff.
Assist staff with alleviating burn‑out.
Create new mental health initiatives for staff and campers.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Bachelor’s Degree or related field is preferred (or working toward degree).
Have prior experience working in social work, mental health or related field.
Must have ability to problem solve, observational skills, deescalate crisis situations and be resilient.
Must show enthusiasm, dedication, responsibility and maturity and have excellent communication skills with campers, parents and staff whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
