We are hiring an Inpatient Physical Therapist at South Hospital - UMC. Evaluate patients and implement therapy treatments, with re-assessments to modify treatment plans for optimal patient independence, following practice guidelines and policies. Communicate patient status, evaluation results, treatment plans, and goals effectively to physicians and patients. Maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. Provide cost-effective treatment options considering financial implications. Ensure documentation and charges comply with standards and policies. Oversee rehab technicians, therapy assistants, and students in accordance with practice acts and policies. Monitor workflow to ensure productivity and compliance, and participate in program development and community events. Additional Information:
