Amazing Care Home Health Services Location: Harlingen, TX Role: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Schedule: Part-time or Full-time opportunities. This range is provided by Amazing Care Home Health Services; actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs Support assessment of patients\' abilities and limitations through standardized and non-standardized tests Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, and daily living strategies Stay current with best practices, regulations, and professional standards of care Maintain detailed documentation of treatment sessions, patient progress, and changes in condition Prepare reports for patient evaluations, discharge planning, and team meetings Qualifications
Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Texas Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges Benefits
