$34.65 - $35.69 Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and special tests, and documents treatments as required by company policy and regulations. Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions. Assesses and evaluates patient needs and responses to care. Uses sound nursing judgment in patient care decisions. Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses. Administers medications as ordered. Collaborates with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.
