What You Get
$20-$25/session as Level 1 coach after training. Sessions are 30-45 minutes $18/hour for initial 12-15 hours of training We provide you with lesson plans, uniforms, and all equipment necessary Bonus opportunities for attendance, performance and referrals Employee discounts for their children Leadership training & great opportunity for advancement The most supportive team and best culture you've ever experienced Fullfillment - you are a leader and role model to the children in your care
The Job
Prior soccer experience is not required. We only require a passion for positively impacting children's lives. Ensures the safety and well-being of every child. For childcare sites, gathers children from classroom and return after session (note: no pick-up/drop-off required for public locations) Follows proper onsite protocol for each location, as prepared and provided by Soccer Shots supervisor. Conducts fun and positive 30-45 minute sessions following the weekly Soccer Shots curriculum.

Childcare Care Centers and Park Districts in Lake County, IL - Highwood, Highland Park, Deerfield, Lake Forest, Vernon Hills, Libertyville, Mundelein, Grayslake, Hawthorn Woods, Buffalo Grove, Lake Zurich, Gurnee and Wauconda.
Flexible Schedule
Monday - Friday between 9:00 AM -11:30 AM and 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM Weekends 9am-Noon 3-20 sessions available per week, set your schedule! Seasons last 6-10 weeks Schedule management system for personal phones and computers Opportunity for more hours - assist with marketing, sales and social media
Our Coaches
Passion for soccer and positively impacting children's lives. Every coach must complete a background check. Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License. Looking to fill weekday mornings and afternoons and/or weekend mornings.
