Overview
MaineHealth Primary Care, Internal Medicine is seeking a Full‑Time BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide care at our office‑based MaineHealth Primary Care Practice located in Farmington, Maine.
The successful candidate will join our dynamic team, which includes four physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers (APP) working together with outstanding support staff. MaineHealth Primary Care services provide office‑based primary care medicine services and preventive and diagnostic cardiovascular services to a population of approximately 40,000.
Call requirements are 1:12 and the position offers teaching opportunities with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical students from the University of New England’s UNECOM program, and Tufts University Medical School program.
Minimum Qualifications
MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
NRP certification required; PALS highly recommended.
