Role Overview
Join Emerald Healthcare as a full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) for day shift (6am‑6pm) with rotating weekends. Base pay $33–$38/hr plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, perform assessments, administer medications, and develop individualized care plans.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other staff to coordinate care.
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
Mentor LPNs and CNAs and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Respond to medical emergencies and participate in rotating weekend, night, and holiday calls.
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing (ADN/BSN) from an accredited program.
Current RN license in NE or multi‑state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
Preferred: experience in skilled nursing or similar setting.
Skills
Strong clinical assessment and problem‑solving.
Proficiency with electronic health records and computers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
