A full-time bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position is available to support an elementary school caseload in Elgin, TX. This contract role runs throughout the current school year (CSY) and offers the opportunity to work closely with students in a dynamic educational setting. Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of licensed speech-language pathologists Assist in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) Document student progress and maintain detailed records Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication goals Participate in team meetings and ongoing training Qualifications
Experience as an SLPA in a school setting preferred Bilingual abilities essential to support diverse student populations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work full-time hours with a flexible and dedicated approach Familiarity with elementary school environments is a plus Location
