Pay range for a Monolingual Speech-Language Pathologist (CF to CCC-SLP) position is:

$65,000- $85,000 per year

Pay range for a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (CF to CCC-SLP) position is:

$68,000- $90,000 per year

Hours/Schedule:

Create a schedule that works for you! (traditional 5 day/8 hours; can do 4–9-hour days & a one-half-day Friday OR 4–10-hour days)

Cole Pediatric Therapy Humble is the outpatient version of a teaching hospital. We are one of the largest outpatient therapy clinics in the Houston area, featuring a talented speech therapy department with 13 full-time SLPs. We want new clinicians that are hungry to learn and experienced clinicians that are willing to mentor. We are here to help you find and develop your passions, whether that be specializing in an area of practice or growing your leadership skills. We have both an AAC team and a feeding team – therapists that specialize in these areas of practice and meet regularly to discuss cases, review current research, and develop their skillset. We offer frequent opportunities for continued learning, including CEUs and in-service presentations. We are committed to a multi-disciplinary model of care and encourage collaboration between our Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists and we embrace teamwork.

Qualified Candidates for this Speech Therapy position shall have the following:

Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy (Can be during student internships or as a CF)

Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)

Master\'s degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders required
