About your Role: As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will provide one-to-one services to children and adolescents between the ages of 2–24 who are confronted with serious emotional and/or behavioral disturbances. With the support and guidance of the Behavioral Consultant, you will aid in improving independent, age-appropriate functioning to levels which require less or no service intervention. You will travel to the clients\' home, school, or service location daily, following the prescribed treatment plan and providing behavioral and treatment interventions and consequences to the client. You will set boundaries with clients and their families to prevent dependency on your services, while also providing support to parents and adult professionals. You will educate and train parents/young adults to utilize these skills, providing positive reinforcement and culturally aware and competent service provision. Qualifications and eligibility Does the following apply to you? Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances and at least one of the following: Certified as BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT 2 years of prior Behavioral Health Certification or Behavior Analysis Certification from an organization accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute High School diploma or equivalent and completion of the 40-hour RBT Training (RBT Task List) Certification (or ability to complete within the first 10 days of hire; you will be paid for this training time) Minimum of 2 years experience providing Behavioral Health services What we offer
