Key Responsibilities: Serve as a patient and family advocate, maintaining strict confidentiality Educate patients and families on medications and treatment plans Deliver focused care with a drive for continuous improvement Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience within the past 3 years
Current Florida RN license required or eligibility to obtain prior to start RN candidates with 3+ years' experience holding a compact license must still apply for Florida licensure Candidates with less than 3 years of RN experience must take the NCLEX in Florida and obtain licensure before consideration.
Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of start
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification required within 90 days
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required within 90 days
CCRN certification preferred
