Behavioral Health Technician - Applied Behavior Analysis

provides one-to-one services to children and adolescents ages 2-24 with emotional and/or behavioral disturbances. Under the guidance of the Behavioral Consultant, you will support independent, age-appropriate functioning to reduce or eliminate the need for ongoing services. You will travel to clients' homes, schools, or service locations daily, follow the prescribed treatment plan, implement behavioral interventions and consequences, and set boundaries with clients and their families to prevent dependency. You will also educate and train parents/adults to utilize these skills and provide culturally aware and competent service provision. Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one services to children and adolescents (ages 2-24) with identified emotional and/or behavioral disturbances. Travel to clients' homes/schools/service locations daily and implement the prescribed treatment plan. Provide behavioral and treatment interventions and consequences as directed; reinforce desired behaviors. Set clear boundaries with clients and families to prevent dependency on services. Support and train parents and adult professionals to apply skills; provide positive reinforcement. Deliver culturally aware and competent clinical services. Qualifications
Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances. One of the following: Certified as BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT. 2 years of previous Behavior Health Certification or Behavior Analysis Certification from an organization accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute. High School diploma or equivalent with completion of the 40-hour RBT Training (RBT Task List) Certification (or ability to complete within the first 10 days of hire; paid training time). Minimum of 2 years of experience providing Behavioral Health services. What We Offer
