Base Pay Range
$42.00/hr - $65.00/hr
Job Description Position responsible for screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities in accordance with standard practices. The Physical Therapist consults, educates, and trains patients and caregivers.

Shift Details: PRN (as needed)
Unit/Location: St. Mary's Regional Hospital; Inpatient
Role As a Physical Therapist at Intermountain Health, you will play a vital role in supporting the clinical team, ensuring patients receive the best care. You will:
Provide Patient Care: Perform and document assessments, develop treatment plans, and use modalities to relieve pain and reduce swelling.
Effective Communication: Provide information on adaptive equipment, restore function, and assess independence for returning to community.
Team Collaboration: Promote mission and values, and perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Current/valid state Physical Therapist licensure
Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
One (1) year related experience (preferably in a clinic setting)
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) certification
Additional Requirements
Regular attendance on site during scheduled hours
Knowledge of physical therapy principles and applications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized, analytical, and professional
Team player capable of handling multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Physical Requirements Carrying, climbing, crawling, hearing/listening, lifting, manual dexterity, pulling/pushing, seeing, speaking, squatting/kneeling, standing, walking.
