Bern's Steak House
Bern’s Steak House is a World-Renowned Restaurant looking for a professional meat cutter to receive, trim, cut, monitor and responsibly store dry aged and fresh meats. Will require use of a saw band, knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing equipment, shelves, coolers and work areas.
Responsibilities and Duties
Must lift 50-90 lbs in order to move meat from cooler to station
Must stand for long periods of time
Ability to communicate and stay calm under pressure
Ensure Quality of all Products
Maintain cleanliness of Station throughout the entire shift
Must be able to work in an open kitchen with guest tours happening throughout the shift
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to multitask in a high-volume restaurant setting
Must work well with others
Must work quickly in a safe and effective manner
Need to have consideration for guests and maintain a professional demeanor as guests will be touring the kitchen during service
