Base pay range $36.86/hr - $43.71/hr
Location Spring Lake Village
Job Summary Under the direction of the Director of Nursing/Director of Health Services, the LVN is responsible for supervising CNAs and Nurses Aides to ensure quality patient care and needs.
Essential Functions
Provides quality customer service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers, and vendors to ensure satisfaction.
Arrives on time, in proper clean uniform, with good personal hygiene, and a visible nametag.
Coordinates and performs resident assessments and plan of care evaluations as appropriate.
Coordinates and performs treatments, medications, or other nursing interventions as indicated by the care plan or physician's orders.
Follows all emergency procedures according to facility policy and nursing standards.
Maintains inventory of medical supplies and medications to meet patient/resident needs.
Protects patient/resident rights at all times.
Maintains all documentation in compliance with federal, state regulations, and company policies.
Performs duties safely and efficiently, using equipment correctly, following safety protocols, and reporting hazards.
Follows all cleanliness standards and health codes in food handling.
Attends mandatory training and complies with policies and procedures.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Current LVN license; experience in long-term care, geriatric, or rehabilitative nursing preferred; knowledgeable of regulations.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Basic math skills.
Ability to follow policies, recognize emergencies, and respond appropriately.
