Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of New Jersey At least 1 year of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or related clinical settings Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and rotating weekdays Excellent communication and teamwork skills Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association preferred) LPN Responsibilities – Long-Term Care Nursing Jobs
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes Assist residents with daily living activities and maintain a safe, supportive environment Respond promptly to urgent care needs and assist with vaccine administration as required Apply now
