We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. You will provide pediatric therapy and evaluations in natural settings, support families and caregivers, and collaborate with a team of therapists to ensure high-quality services that adhere to ethical standards. Responsibilities include conducting pediatric evaluations and ongoing therapy, following a family/child therapy plan, planning for ongoing treatment, documenting progress, and preparing progress reports. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and state/federal regulations. Responsibilities
Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children aged birth to 21 years in natural settings. Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over. Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare centers, preschools, clinics, and other community settings. Follow the therapy plan established for a family/child; plan ongoing treatment and address identified goals while documenting progress. Prepare progress reports as indicated. Maintain child records and confidentiality of information (HIPAA, state and federal regulations); submit required records within established timelines. Qualifications
NY State Licensed Speech Language Pathologist. Must have a passion for working with children and families. Must be self-motivated and a team player who demonstrates patience and professionalism. Fluency in a language other than English is a plus. Physical Requirements
Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases (driving a personal vehicle, walking, or public transportation). Ability to ascend/descend staircases. Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly. Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and/or crawl for extended periods. Benefits

Starting rate: per evaluation $135-$190 hourly; $66-$120 hourly for certain roles. Compensation is determined based on experience and education and will be discussed during the interview process. Clinical Fellowship Year positions are available as well. Job responsibilities subject to change.
