We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Locum MD (Medical Doctor) Radiology. As a Locum MD Radiology, you will play a crucial role in providing temporary medical services to our clients. Your work is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of healthcare facilities and delivering high-quality patient care. You will be involved in a variety of radiology projects, contributing to accurate diagnoses and treatment plans. Responsibilities:
Performing and interpreting diagnostic imaging tests such as X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and ultrasounds. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to discuss patient cases and treatment options. Ensuring all imaging procedures meet quality and safety standards. Documenting patient information and test results accurately. Providing guidance and support to medical staff and patients. Staying updated on the latest advancements and technologies in radiology. Adhering to ethical and legal standards in healthcare practices. Participating in departmental meetings and training sessions as required. Requirements:
Medical degree and valid MD license. Strong knowledge of radiology principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in diagnostic procedures. Capability to make critical decisions under pressure. Flexibility to adapt to different work settings and schedules. Commitment to providing compassionate patient care. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p Setting: Onsite, remote coverage at secondary facilities Daily Volume: 60 RVUs Cases: Primarily IR and stroke, will read from the general DX list between cases Must be IR and stroke-trained Must be board-certified Paid travel & expenses
