The Job You Will Perform:

Responsible for the compilation of reports and statistics related to key performance measures for the maintenance department, the planning process for maintenance projects, and leading various EHS initiatives related to maintenance & environmental compliance under the direction of the facility Maintenance Manager.

Manages the maintenance budget for the facility, including running and reviewing SAP reports and maintaining a spreadsheet of YTD expenditures.

Utilizes systems—including KIWI and SAP—to track maintenance key performance measures, such as mechanical/electrical downtime, maintenance reliability indices, and maintenance breakdowns.

Manages the work order system and tracks work orders through completion, compiling reports related to work order efficiency for the leadership team at the facility.

Conducts a weekly maintenance priority meeting with the maintenance and production leadership team to review open notifications and the work order backlog, planning and prioritizing projects for the next seven days and securing leadership support.

Plans maintenance projects—including scheduling of personnel (employees and contractors), maintaining project budgets, accessing machine manuals, ensuring needed parts are in inventory, and coordinating with the production team to schedule time and complete work orders throughout the project.

Works with the Maintenance Manager and local leadership to schedule predictive/preventative maintenance activities to keep all equipment in good working order.

Leads Environmental Health & Safety initiatives—such as air permitting, storm water compliance, HAZMAT, wastewater compliance, roof maintenance, infrared inspections, compressed air management, cooling towers/chillers, air handlers, fire & safety systems, contractor training, employee training, electrical, hot work, etc.—under the direction of the Maintenance Manager.

Manages inventory/parts in the facility storeroom, maintaining inventory in the system (SAP), ensuring proper inventory levels, and organizing the storeroom routine.

Collaborates with the Maintenance Manager and machine champions to develop kitting processes for use throughout the manufacturing facility.

Handles the Machine Champion Process, including monthly reviews with champions of machine condition monitoring routes, reviewing backlog work orders, ensuring champions access and properly utilize FFF information, and reviewing monthly machine center metrics to identify kit & delivery opportunities and maintenance successes.

Assists the Maintenance Manager as needed in developing and managing capital projects in the ePAD system.

Fills in for the Maintenance Manager as needed to manage the entire facility maintenance department and may be assigned direct supervisory responsibility for a shift or a team of maintenance hourly technicians.

The Skills You Will Bring:

Solid computer/system skill set; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; prior experience with SAP, KIWI, and/or ePAD highly preferred.

Prior supervisory/leadership experience and/or demonstrated situational leadership skills required.

Prior mechanical, electrical, and/or maintenance troubleshooting experience required; corrugated experience highly preferred.

Prior experience with predictive/preventative maintenance programs, inventory, and capital project planning highly preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Ability to multi‑task and prioritize work effectively required.

Willingness to work on off‑shift as needed.
