Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Psychology or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
Previous college teaching experience and ability to teach on‑campus classes.
Unrestricted employment authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience teaching online, hybrid, and in‑person psychology courses.
Teaching experience in general psychology, abnormal psychology, developmental psychology, and/or other courses for psychology majors.
Ability to teach in other social science areas.
Responsibilities
Provide instruction in psychology, including teaching general psychology and additional psychology courses at the 100 and 200 level.
Teach in other social science areas as needed.
Evaluate student performance and complete assessments as required by the College.
Collaborate with colleagues on course and program development as well as transfer course review.
Participate in departmental, division‑wide, and/or college‑wide committees.
Carry out duties specified in the Faculty Contract at the direction of the Department Chairperson.
Salary & Benefits Salary:
$52,500.00 for the Spring 2026 academic year.
