Job Summary

Delivers exceptionally proficient and technically advanced nursing care to designated patients, embodying the highest standards of professionalism. Administers direct patient care with a comprehensive approach that encompasses the nursing process, involving assessment, strategic planning, meticulous implementation, and thorough evaluation. Assumes a leadership role by skillfully directing and supervising fellow team members while fostering seamless collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the provision of age-specific and developmentally tailored care that aligns precisely with the established unit standards of excellence.

What You'll Need

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required CNOR preferred Minimum of one year Operating Room experience or participation in a post-graduate program required. Refresher course required for nurses who have not worked in an Operating Room for five years or more.
