People Incorporated . Position: LPN/RN - Full Time. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3pm–11pm (some roles include per diem and weekend options). Location: Taunton and surrounding communities as part of People Incorporated’s Residential Program in the Southcoast area. Compensation (typical): LPN Part/Full Time $34.75 per hour; LPN Per Diem $30.50 per hour; RN Part/Full Time $41.25 per hour; RN Per Diem $38.00 per hour; LPN Weekend Warrior $40.25 per hour. About People Incorporated: a human service agency serving the Southcoast community, including the Greater Fall River, New Bedford, and Taunton areas. Since 1968, we provide supports and services to people of all abilities and offer opportunities for growth in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities
Provide a structured daily routine including house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and administer medications while upholding human rights. Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans. De-escalation and crisis management may be required to maintain safety. Requirements
MA state valid LPN or RN license. Qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are required. TB screening and Physical required on hire; TB update every two years after. Why join our Team
