We are currently seeking a kind and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.
Schedule Full Time – 7am-3pm, day shift with rotating weekends
Salary $25.00 - $28.00 per hour – based on experience
Shift differential available for weekend shifts

Responsibilities
Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing bed linens, positioning, transfers, mobility, and incontinence care as needed.
Assist in monitoring medication programs.
Dispense medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents.
Monitor and report any resident changes in condition.
Education & Experience
Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing (required).
Minimum of one year of experience working as a nurse serving a senior population (required).
Compassion for and desire to work with elderly (required).
