Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students in the elementary grades (K-5).
Deliver direct therapy services to a caseload of approximately 35 students.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
Document and track student progress in compliance with school and state regulations.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.
Qualifications
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (SLP‑CCC) preferred.
Experience working with K‑5 students in a school setting.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining high‑quality service delivery.
Additional Information
Director interviews are typically scheduled from Tuesday to Thursday.
