Edwards Vacuum . This position focuses on providing expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety.
Key Responsibilities
Report into the Site Manager.
Conduct planned and ad‑hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems, diagnosing issues to prevent equipment downtime.
Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
Serve as the on‑site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
Qualifications
1–3 years of equivalent experience in a relevant technical field such as electronics, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum, ideally with customer‑facing experience.
Strong customer focus, ensuring solutions meet expectations and timeframes while aligning with Edwards' strategies and processes.
Self‑directed, with the ability to understand and resolve problems aligned with job responsibilities and to elevate matters through appropriate channels when required.
Proactively seeks customer feedback and asks questions to understand the customer’s business.
Ability to share technical expertise and knowledge, providing coaching to less experienced team members.
Collaborates and supports with team members to deliver company objectives.
Complies with all applicable laws, policies, and standards to meet organizational, safety, and health obligations.
Fluency in written and spoken English; clear vocal and visual communication.
Proficient with computer software for data recording and report writing.
Capable of understanding and interpreting technical documentation relevant to work, such as technical drawings.
