Principal Process Engineer - Advanced Manufacturing & Automation We’re partnering with a fast-growing clean-energy technology company that’s developing next-generation power systems. They’re seeking an experienced

Principal Process Engineer

to lead the design and scale-up of a state-of-the-art automated production line.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role shaping how complex, high-power electronic assemblies are built — from initial process design through full-scale ramp-up and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

Define and design the production line: establish flow, stations, cycle times, and automation strategy for advanced module and system assembly

Leverage digital tools: model line performance and process flow using simulation or digital‑twin environments to validate design concepts and mitigate risk

Drive automation integration: specify and validate robotics, fixtures, test systems, and in‑line inspection solutions

Engineer for quality: lead PFMEA, control plans, DOE, SPC, and GR&R to ensure robust, repeatable processes

Enable visibility and traceability: support MES integration and data‑driven monitoring of yield and performance

Lead ramp activities: coordinate with equipment suppliers and system integrators through FAT/SAT and run‑at‑rate validation

Continuously improve: apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to boost throughput, quality, and flexibility

What You’ll Bring

5–10 years’ experience in manufacturing or process engineering within automotive, EV, electronics, or other advanced‑assembly environments

Proven record in designing or scaling automated or semi‑automated production lines

Strong background in process control, PFMEA, DOE, SPC, and yield improvement

Practical experience with automation systems, test equipment, and high‑voltage or high‑power assemblies

Bonus: familiarity with digital‑twin modelling, MES systems, or advanced robotics

Why Join

Shape the foundation of a next‑generation manufacturing system — not just optimize an existing one

Collaborate in a fast‑moving, multidisciplinary environment where engineering and production meet innovation

See your designs come to life in a high‑impact product with global relevance

Work in a modern, data‑driven manufacturing setup that prioritizes innovation, quality, and efficiency
