Electrical Construction Project Manager
to join our client on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity located in Austin, TX. This position will oversee the execution of large-scale
self-perform Electrical construction projects
within a high-tech factory environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, construction management expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality in fast-paced, complex projects. Responsibilities
Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams including Project Coordinators, Buyers, Superintendents, and craft labor. Oversee all phases of electrical construction from planning through execution and closeout. Champion job site safety and construction quality standards. Conduct constructability reviews to identify opportunities for design optimization. Manage project scope, schedule, and budget with effective change control processes. Identify and mitigate risks while seizing opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and commissioning. Ensure alignment with the client's quality assurance and control protocols. Qualifications
Required Skills / Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field - or equivalent experience. 10+ years
of relevant experience within electrical construction 5+ years
of experience in a Project Management role overseeing large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects. Experience managing projects valued at
$25M or more . Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Proficient in interpreting construction drawings, performing material takeoffs, and estimating. Expertise in baseline development, cost and schedule performance tracking, and variance analysis. Proactive and collaborative leadership style. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industrial construction environment.
