The Role Construction Superintendent
to lead ground-up multifamily developments in the heart of Miami. From mid-rise apartment buildings to luxury mixed-use complexes, you’ll be at the helm of high-impact residential projects that shape the city’s skyline. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to deliver quality builds on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily ground-up projects
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to ensure efficient workflow
Oversee site logistics, safety compliance, and quality control
Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve delays or conflicts
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and inspectors
Conduct daily site walk throughs and progress reporting
Ensure adherence to building codes, permitting, and inspection requirements
Qualifications
Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up multifamily construction
Proven success managing residential projects in urban environments
Strong understanding of structural systems, MEP coordination, and vertical construction
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools
OSHA 30 certification
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Miami
