Responsible for maintenance department safety, quality, production and delivery objectives in his/her area of responsibility.
Provide the proactive leadership necessary to achieve and maintain a continuous improvement mindset for the team.
Communicate and prioritize daily work assignments to the team.
Participate in root cause analysis and team problem solving activities (e.g., 8D reports, department meetings, etc.).
Ensure the entire team has the necessary tools and materials to perform their roles safely and efficiently.
This full-time, salaried role is part of our Maintenance team and reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Success Factors
Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Industrial Technology preferred or eight (8) years of work experience.
Minimum of six (6) years as a maintenance supervisor preferred.
