Position Technician, Rotorcraft Mechanical Systems

Location Woodbridge, ON L4H 1X9 – On site

Salary and Employment $32.00 to $39.00 hourly (negotiable). Permanent, full‑time, 40 hours per week.

Job Description / Responsibilities

Adjust and repair systems according to specifications, technical drawings, manuals and established procedures.

Repair and overhaul systems to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.

Troubleshoot aircraft hydraulic systems.

Repair and overhaul aircraft structural, mechanical or hydraulic systems.

Maintain detailed repair, inspection and certification records and reports.

Dismantle airframes, aircraft engines or other aircraft systems for repair, overhaul and cleaning, and reassemble.

Perform and document routine maintenance.

Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance.

Other trades certificate or diploma.

Experience with large turbine helicopters and large turboprops.

Industrial experience in a repair and overhaul facility.

Mechanical maintenance and repair specialization: Aircraft maintenance – general.

Bondable, criminal record check required.

Attention to detail, hand‑eye coordination, accuracy, dependability.

Excellent written communication, flexibility, reliability, team player.

Proficiency in English.
