Our Land Planning market adopts a multidisciplinary approach, combining civil engineers, landscape architects, planners, and surveyors. We handle projects of varying sizes—from creating site plans for developments to designing public spaces, bike/pedestrian paths, and green, low-impact features that enhance community quality of life. Join us! Responsibilities:

Support senior engineers with elementary engineering tasks and collaborate on design projects. Produce conceptual plans and specifications for site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, paving, and utilities. Assist in preparing improvement plans, specifications, supporting documents, and permit applications for various development projects. Review, interpret, and revise engineering drawings, reports, plans, and specifications. Conduct research to solve problems and develop solutions. Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, review agencies, and others involved. Minimum Qualifications:

B.S. or M.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering. Preferably at least 2 years of civil/site design experience. Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Registered as an Engineer In Training (EIT). Eligible for professional licensure (P.E.).
