The RDM will be responsible for the maintenance management aspects for the UGP, collaborating with the UGP Manager and the RMT in order to guarantee the maintenance expected performances (time, cost). Must enforce and promote all company guidelines, policies and good manufacturing practices pertaining to all facets of the business, not limited to and including food safety and health & safety. Responsibilities
Collaborates with Maintenance Manager, and RMT in elaborating investment budget proposals and monitoring related spend. Supports RMT in defining failure data analysis methods and auto-maintenance (production routine maintenance) application scope. Consolidates, in conjunction with the UGP Manager, the maintenance activity plan during main shutdowns, considering also postpone activities and/or improvement activities and verifying equipment's availability in the respect of the program. Prepares weekly/daily maintenance intervention plan. Manages external contractor's work execution. Ensures work permits are filed. Supports the RMT in managing the documents drive. Management of materials, tools and equipment. Collaborates, together with the Maintenance Team on new project design, implementation and cost management. Identifies potential improvement areas for the maintenance system and equipment performances. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree highly preferred. Understanding of basic arithmetic, reading level to understand instructions, policies, and procedures. Prefer 3+ years of Maintenance Supervisory experience within the Manufacturing setting. Physical: Lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, standing for extended periods. Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Forklift and pallet jack certifications or the ability to obtain one. Computer Skills: MS Office; Excel - proficient/advanced; PPT - proficient/advanced.
