Installation & Construction Team . This individual will join the installation and construction team where they will continue to gain leadership experience. This role is integral to our operations, assisting the Foreman in executing all aspects of landscape construction projects. This role will be responsible for constructing and installing projects, ensuring quality and safety at all times. Build, assemble, and install landscape and hardscape elements across a variety of high-quality projects. Skillfully operate a variety of tools and equipment, including heavy machinery, chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement devices, shovels, hammers, and drills. Collaborate with Project Foreman to execute work according to blueprints, structural drawings, specifications, and timelines, ensuring accuracy and quality craftsmanship. Review job plans and schedules with the Project Foreman and Project Manager to understand project scope and deliverables. Support the Project Foreman in managing daily job site operations, ensuring team members are aligned and productive. Conduct daily equipment inspections and ensure preventative maintenance is performed to avoid breakdowns and ensure job readiness. Assist with job site documentation and paperwork including materials tracking, time tracking and progress tracking. Perform job site inspections to monitor safe work practices and environmental conditions. Assist with workplace safety inspections and help ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols. Identify and correct unsafe behaviors or substandard conditions, promoting a culture of accountability and care on-site. Collaborate with the crew to meet and exceed annual production goals, contributing to project efficiency and success. What We're Looking For

Experience in operating required equipment and tools Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team. A valid driver’s license (required) Prior experience in landscaping or construction is preferred, but we value passion and a willingness to learn. What We Offer:
