Sr. Manufacturing Engineering Analyst

This is Kohler Company’s invitation to collaborate in a creative, conscious, and characterful culture. The Sr. Manufacturing Engineering Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting and supporting robotic and automated systems to ensure an efficient and safe operation.
Responsibilities
Daily support of robot programming, troubleshooting and creating file backups. This often requires a hands-on approach in a heavy manufacturing environment.
Program robots to perform specific tasks.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and scheduling to support daily die change automation setup/programming from start to finish.
Assist with troubleshooting issues related to Fanuc robots and Allen Bradley/Omron PLCs on current equipment.
Maintain documentation for PLC logic, electrical and control procedures and standards.
Attend technical training to learn and apply applicable innovative processes.
Perform tasks following proper safety standards.
Maintain constant communication with maintenance, engineering, quality, production, and other departments.
Identify and implement small capital or expense projects.
Assist in the implementation of other assigned projects within the Vikrell operation.
Skills/Requirements
Associate’s degree in a technical field.
1–2 years of Fanuc robot experience.
Ability to demonstrate Fanuc robot programming skills onsite; a basic hands-on and written evaluation will be performed.
1–2 years of experience with electrical troubleshooting.
Basic Allen Bradley PLC experience.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read/understand electrical and P&ID drawings.
Must be able to work 12-hour shifts (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on) on assigned shift (day or night).
Must be able to work in a heavy manufacturing environment.

We offer day 1 benefits, with access to applicable benefit programs from the first day on the job. The salary range for this position is $75,350 - $114,450, influenced by experience, education, and work location.
