Our campus offers Skilled Nursing, Senior Living, and Community programs including long‑term care, short‑term rehabilitation, memory care, assisted living, hospice, and day health support.

Position Summary: As a member of our nursing team, the LPN will provide high‑quality care, ensuring resident safety and delivering all services under the resident care plan.

Schedule Full‑Time, Part‑Time, and Per‑Diem schedules available for days, evenings, and overnights on weekdays and weekends. Shifts: 7 am‑3 pm, 3 pm‑11 pm, 11 pm‑7 am.

Responsibilities

Determine resident needs and provide outstanding care.

Provide kind and compassionate care to residents.

Chart and report changes in residents’ conditions, including medication response.

Perform basic resident care or treatments such as measuring temperatures and blood pressures.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Current Massachusetts LPN licensure.

Experience in geriatrics or long‑term care (preferred but not required).

Valid CPR certification (maintained).

Maintain educational competency as required by state and federal regulations.

Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend and squat for prolonged periods.

Ability to push, pull, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Effective communication skills with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and staff.
