Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program.
Active state license and certification as required by state and national boards.
Excellent organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Functional Pathways policies, procedures, and clinical programs.
Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.
