Responsibilities
The Clinic Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support and clinic operations. This includes greeting customers and delivering the highest level of customer service, ensuring timely and accurate registrations, obtaining demographic information, and completing benefit verification. Qualifications
MINIMUM EDUCATION GED or High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE 1 to 5 years of previous experience in a Business Office or related field. REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS Certified in Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association. REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong telephone etiquette. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Demonstrates professionalism and a strong work ethic. Ability to anticipate needs, multi-task, and follow HIPAA guidelines. Knowledge of growth and development principles across different life cycles (school age, adolescent, young adult, adult, and geriatric). About OakBend
