Meadow Farms Dental Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist
to join our growing, goal-oriented team. We offer flexibility with two full-time schedule options and a supportive environment that emphasizes clinical autonomy, mentorship, and professional growth. You’ll work with Heartland Dental support and comprehensive education resources to provide exceptional lifetime patient care. Schedule Options
Monday–Thursday Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday–Friday Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM What You’ll Do
Provide outstanding patient care and invest in your community within a supportive team. Work with an elite clinical provider and patient advocate role, backed by a hygiene mentor program and ongoing education to enhance clinical skills. Benefit from best-in-class non-clinical support and access to education to advance your practice. Qualifications
Minimum: Current dental hygienist license in North Carolina and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required) Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation CPR Certification Preferred Experience
2–3 years of clinical experience Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital X-rays, and electronic medical record systems Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs Clinical needs as required by the office Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation Prolonged periods of sitting and standing Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically TB test is required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN) About Heartland Dental
