Southwoods Health Overview Southwoods Health, a community-based physician owned health system in Youngstown, Ohio, is seeking board certified/board eligible Sleep Medicine Physician to join our growing team. The selected candidate will become a member of Triad Physician Services, Southwoods Health’s employed medical group, which employs in excess of 200 licensed providers across multiple specialties within the region. Opportunity Highlights Employed position with comprehensive benefit package, competitive compensation with salary guarantees, and annual CME stipend Large and established referral base through the Southwoods Health physician network 2 Hospital operated AASM certified Sleep Labs, with 6 and 4 beds, respectively Strong advanced practice support team including respiratory therapists, tenured nursing, and support staff Meditech EMR Candidate Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine &/or Sleep Medicine Fellowship Trained Unrestricted Ohio Licensure or willingness to obtain Federal DEA Certification New graduates welcome Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, compassionate care – treating every patient as family Work Site Highlights Founded in 1996, Southwoods Health has grown from a physician-owned Ambulatory Surgery Center with four operating rooms to a multi-service, physician-owned health system. The Surgical Hospital at Southwoods is an acute care hospital renowned for superior patient experience and top quality of care surveys. The hospital expands to include inpatient, outpatient and robotic-assisted surgery, endoscopy services, and a broad provider network across Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana Counties.
