Overview
Seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care within the Physical Therapy Service Line.
Responsibilities
Collaborative practice with medical providers, as well as a rehab model that includes Physical Therapy assistants, Physical Therapists, and Certified Hand Therapists
The rehab facility is embedded into the Surgical Specialties building, including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Interventional Pain, Cardiology, Pediatrics, and Occupational Medicine.
Responsibilities include providing a full range of physical therapy services, assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within the outpatient setting. This role will also provide outpatient/corporate ancillary physical therapy services by conducting job demand analyses along with physical work environment assessments.
