Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is expanding, and we are thrilled to invite passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team! With our new partnership with some of Wisconsin’s most respected senior communities, we’re looking for PRN Speech-Language Pathologists to help us provide exceptional care to aging adults in the Green Bay, Seymour, and Fox Valley areas.

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities
Conducting initial and ongoing evaluations of residents' speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities. Identifying communication and swallowing disorders, as well as barriers to effective communication. Developing individualized treatment plans to improve residents' ability to speak, comprehend language, and safely eat or drink. Providing interventions for speech articulation, language development, voice disorders, cognitive-linguistic impairments, and swallowing difficulties. Assisting residents in recovering from speech or swallowing issues related to conditions such as stroke, neurological disorders, or dementia. Helping residents improve their social communication and interaction abilities, enhancing their quality of life. Educating residents, families, and staff on communication techniques, swallowing strategies, and safety precautions. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care. Participating in care planning meetings to set and review therapeutic goals. Maintaining accurate records of assessments, treatments, and progress to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
