Experienced Analyst – Investment Banking, Healthcare Services Join Guggenheim Securities as an Experienced Analyst in the Healthcare Services Investment Banking group located in New York.

Position Summary GS seeks a dedicated analyst to provide M&A advisory and capital raising services to corporate clients across healthcare sub‑verticals. The role offers exposure to senior bankers, client interactions, and hands‑on training in M&A processes.

Essential Job Functions

Prepare client presentations and interact with senior bankers, clients, lawyers, and accountants.

Assist in designing and developing complex financial models and valuation analysis.

Draft internal and client‑facing documents (management presentations, lender presentations, fairness opinions, pitchbooks).

Perform client due diligence and prepare transaction‑related documentation.

Contribute to strategic frameworks, tools, and intellectual property for business development.

Conduct competitive research and identify sector/industry trends.

Gather and analyze information, formulate hypotheses, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

1–2 years of investment banking or equivalent M&A experience.

High level of maturity and ability to work with senior executives.

Highly organized, initiative, and ability to work with limited supervision.

Excellent analytical, detail, and communication skills.

Effective process management abilities.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree required.

Core modeling and valuation experience in a professional setting.

SIE Exam, Series 79, and Series 63 to be obtained within 150 days of employment.

Work Location

New York office, at least 4 days per week.

Compensation

Annual base salary $110,000–$130,000.

Additional incentive compensation may be available.
