Role Description We are seeking an

Independent Sales Representative

located in Arizona or Nevada to represent KPI Chemical’s product portfolio. This is a commission-only role with competitive earning potential, ideally suited for individuals who are already operating as independent representatives in the mining sector and want to add our specialty chemicals to their existing portfolio without conflict.

Comprehensive technical training to ensure confidence in presenting our products to engineers, metallurgists, and operators.

On-site technical and application support for product trials, problem-solving, and customer presentations.

Market analysis and pipeline insights, including intelligence on mining operations, process trends, and purchasing patterns.

Professional marketing collateral, including technical data sheets, case studies, and branded presentations.

Back‑office support for quoting, logistics, and customer onboarding, so you can focus on selling.

Transparent pricing models designed to win business and keep customers loyal.

Volume-based incentives and the potential for territory exclusivity for top performers.

Responsibilities

Promote KPI Chemical’s line of specialty chemicals to mining clients across Arizona and the Southwest.

Leverage existing industry relationships to introduce and grow KPI Chemical’s presence.

Identify opportunities to integrate KPI’s products into current operations at client sites.

Maintain communication with KPI leadership on market opportunities, client needs, and product performance.

Manage your own schedule, customer portfolio, and business development strategy as an independent representative.

Respond to client requests for consulting, troubleshooting assistance, or service associated with KPI product applications.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or business development within the mining industry.

Existing book of business or established relationships in mining operations strongly preferred.

Independent sales professional currently operating as an independent representative.

Based in Arizona or Nevada mining regions (required).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently.

Compensation This is a commission-only role offering

competitive commission-based earnings

aligned with industry standards.
