Provide specialized nursing care to postoperative surgical and critically ill patients in a stepdown setting.
Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and recovery processes.
