Salary: Competitive rates based on experience, typically $48–$72 per hour depending on role and schedule (e.g., $48–$52 per half hour; $68–$72 per hour). Provide Speech Language Therapy and consult with family members and other professionals Follow an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and develop methodologies to reach each child’s developmental goals Coach family members and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement at home and in the community Deliver services in diverse settings (homes, daycare centers, and other community settings) Ensure progress generalization with active caregiver participation, including coaching and team communication Prepare progress reports and maintain confidentiality of information (HIPAA and/state/federal regulations) Qualifications

New York SLP license Early Intervention experience or equivalent experience Pediatric experience (preferred) Home-based service delivery experience (preferred) Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Excellent written and oral communication skills COVID-19 Considerations
