Outpatient Polysomnographic Technician, Sleep Laboratory Clinic (Full Time)

Responsibilities: Performs comprehensive sleep testing and analysis and associated interventions under the general supervision of a sleep technologist and/or the medical director or designee. Follow sleep lab procedural protocols related to sleep study (such as Multiple Sleep Latency Test (MSLT), Maintenance of Wakefulness Test (MWT), parasomnia studies, PAP and oxygen titration) to ensure collection of appropriate data.
Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict. Requirements:
Completion of a sleep technology program associated with a state licensed and/or a nationally accredited educational facility or 6 months experience as a sleep trainee with documented proficiency in all required competencies or holds a certification Polysomnographic technician (CPSGT) credential required.
