Are you a licensed mental health professional with a passion for working with children and families? Red Oak Behavioral Health is looking for compassionate, dedicated therapists to join our dynamic school-based team. Help kids thrive in and out of the classroom while enjoying work-life balance, professional growth, and the support you deserve.
What You’ll Do:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children and adolescents
Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to support student success
Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
Receive ongoing supervision toward independent licensure
Document services promptly (within 48 hours)

What You’ll Bring:
Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
Licensed in Ohio (LSW, PC, MFT, LISW, PCC, IMFT)
Experience providing therapy to children, teens, and families
Strong documentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Passion for community mental health and trauma-informed care
Unique Requirements
Due to the clinical focus of this position, this employee must maintain a minimum of $1,000,000.00 / $3,000,000.00 professional malpractice liability insurance. A copy of the current rider must be available for entry into their personnel file.
Valid Ohio driver’s license required
Ability to work in school and community settings
