Responsibilities

Provide Geriatric House Calls™ to older adults.

Deliver proactive, evidence‑based therapy to older adults.

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.

Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.

Basic computer literacy skills.

Current CPR certification.

Integrity, compassion, and enthusiasm.
