Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You’ll Be Doing*** Monitors and operates plant equipment to maintain safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations.* Makes adjustments to control systems to optimize performance.* Conducts rounds to check conditions of plant equipment and records operational data on log sheets.* Investigates changes in instrument readings and equipment operation.* Recognizes and mitigates operating difficulties to minimize plant downtime.**What Are We Looking For*** Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Excellent communication and organizational skills.* Commitment to safety and quality standards.* Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.**What We Offer*** Highly competitive benefits program, including:
