Parkhill is seeking to hire an Civil EIT with a specialization in Site Development and Planning to join our growing team. This opportunity will be in our Lubbock office. This is a full-time, exempt position paid on a salary basis.

Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest. We have 13 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members to develop proposals, scopes, and fees.
Manage the demands of planning and modeling, regulatory compliance, and permitting.
Review project details to proactively manage risk.
Evaluate observations and design systems that will withstand the elements on the installation site.
Develop relationships with clients, staff, municipal authorities, vendors, and contractors.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
0+ years of experience in site development.
Experience with software including AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS is preferred.
Knowledge of environmental regulations and workplace safety regulations.
Must be able to work in a collaborative environment with non-Engineer decision makers and be able to communicate plans.
